The passive SoliValve® powder valve is integrated into the packaging by the Packaging Manufacturer, the SoliBag® is filled by the Bulk Powder Supplier and finally delivered to the Enduser. The active SoliValve® discharge unit is delivered to the OEMs for integration into the production systems of their customers. With these two components in place, bulk powders can be handled fully automatic and dust free. Last but not least, packaging costs can be cut down thanks to the reuse of the passive closure valve and the recycling of the packaging components.
